By accessing or using FeedGen CMS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedGen CMS provides a platform for creating and managing content websites. We offer hosting, content management tools, and related services on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

Subscription Plans

• Pricing is $24.90 per site per month
• First site includes a 30-day free trial
• Storage: 1 GB during trial, 100 GB after subscription
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds for partial months

5. Cancellation and Termination

Your Rights

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to your sites until the end of the paid period
• You can export your data before cancellation

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account has unpaid fees
• Your content violates our Acceptable Use Policy
• We are required to do so by law

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Host illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

7. Content Ownership

• You retain all rights to content you upload
• You grant us a license to host and display your content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

9. Data Backups

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. We recommend regularly exporting your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDGEN CMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
